NEW DELHI: The Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) on Saturday said the Chandrayaan-3 mission has successfully completed two of its three main objectives.
In a post on X, Isro said Chandrayaan-3’s lander Vikram has accomplished a safe and soft landing on the lunar surface, while the rover Pragyan has successfully roamed about on the moon’s surface.
The last objective remaining is the carrying out of in-situ scientific experiments, which is “underway”.
Isro added that all payloads are performing normally.
